4 Months Old

Zachary is 4 months old today.  It is crazy how fast times seems to go by.

He has been having fun being able to stay home with dad, but has been really good for the couple of hours that he has had to go to Tammy's.

Kylie's First Day of First Grade!

Yikes!  I can not believe that my little girl is in the 1st grade.  Where has the time gone.  It has been quite interesting this past week as we have had to get her up earlier in the morning so that she can be ready to go.  There was no more dropping her off at Tammy's house and letting her have her breakfast, and getting her hair done there.  Now mommy has to get it all done before we walk out the door.
I must say so far, so good.  It has been three days of early mornings and we have been on time.  Not that I probably didn't yell at her a few times along the way to have her get her butt moving.  She sure can move slowly in the mornings.  She really takes after her dad in not being a morning person.
This is Kylie with her new teacher Mrs. Edgel.

Watching Kinsey

Kinsey came to stay with us during the weekend of Kalen and Mandy's anniversary.  Kylie loved having someone who was able to crawl around and play with her.
Kylie has always been a big help with Zachary, but she did so much more to help with Kinsey.  She even had a couple of friends come over to play on Saturday and they all played with her. Kinsey was loving all of the attention.
Zachary even got to play with her a little.  Although he mostly just stared!  It was fun to have her with us, even though she was teething and had a rough night.  Thanks for thinking of us Kalen and Mandy.  We were happy to have her.

Story Time

It has become a nightly ritual to have story time in  Kylie's bed with the three of us.  Zachary loves to look at each of the pictures as the pages are turned and gets really excited.  If you look at the second picture you can see in his face how excited he is.

BBQ @ Green River State Park

When we went to Green River for one last visit before school starts, we got together with Greg's family and had a BBQ at the State Park.  Here are a few pics from the occasion.

Here is a fun little picture of all of us just before cleaning up and heading home.

Sleep

Grandpa Parsons just has the magic touch.  I think that I have a picture of Kylie like this too.
(Grandpa was just pretending to be asleep for the sake of the picture. :)  )
This one was when we were back in Coalville.  When Zachary falls asleep lately, if you don't have something to cover his head and he is not too upset, because he is really tired, he will cover his face with his own arms.  It is just too cute.
This Picture is also with Grandpa Parsons.

Great Grandparents

While in Monroe for the Parsons family reunion, the kids were able to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Brian.
